METALLURGICAL PROCESSES – CONCENTRATION OF VALUES

In the first step, the recyclable materials undergo precise metallurgical processing. They are melted in a plasma furnace at high temperatures with the addition of a collector metal. This process significantly reduces the volume and binds the precious metals in a highly concentrated form.

Subsequently, conversion takes place: through targeted oxygen supply, the concentrate is further optimized with the aim of obtaining a maximum precious metal concentrate. This creates the perfect basis for the subsequent high-purity refining in THEIA WET.

Our in-house developed wet chemical process ensures the efficient and precise refining of the previously concentrated precious metals. Through targeted chemical steps, the highest purity and maximum recovery are achieved.
